11. Premium Subscriptions and Purchases

Stats.CC offers optional paid subscription plans ("Premium") that provide access to additional virtual features and benefits on the platform. By purchasing a Premium subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Virtual Products. All Premium subscriptions and associated benefits are virtual products and services. No physical goods are delivered as part of any purchase.
• No Refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or reversal of payment, except where required by applicable law.
• Modification or Removal of Benefits. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any Premium features or benefits at any time, with or without notice.
